• The candidate or the collective must be between 18 and 35 years of age and be active on the art scene working with urban art (street art or post graffiti, outdoor artistic practice).
• All media and techniques are accepted, in line with the following conditions:
  - the maximum size of the proposed work must be 120 x 120 cm
  - the work must be able to be sent by post and not weigh more than 15 kg
  - the work must be made using at least 1 Pébéo branded product
  - the estimated value of the work must be less than €3,000 (value to be indicated by the artist when registering).
• A professional jury panel will select 25 artists who will be exhibited on Fluctuart, an urban art centre by the Pont des Invalides in Paris, from 23 June to 11 September 2022 (dates to be confirmed). Successful candidates will be contacted in Spring 2022. They will then receive specific instructions and dates for sending their work and all information relating to their exhibition.
• Pébéo's will insure the works of art from when they arrive at its premises, until they are returned to the artists. The estimated value will be indicated by the candidates when sending their submission, up to €3,000.

Transport of the works, organisation and logistics

• Once the candidates have been selected, they will be contacted in order to send their works.
• The sending of the works to Pébéo headquarters and insurance cover for the works (or sending of the works to the various international subsidiaries depending on the country) shall be carried out at the artist's expense
• The return of the works to the candidates will be organised and supported by Pébéo
• The installation of the exhibition and the transport of works between Pébéo and Fluctuart will be arranged by the organiser and carried out by specialist teams.
